A: There is no recommended daily amount set for kombucha, but it is highly acidic -- so limit to 3 cups or less per day. Ideally, start with 1 glass a day and then gradually increas amount (if needed)

A: Beauness Kombucha contains a small amount of caffeine, which is naturally found in tea leaves (0.015 mg per packet) It is significantly lower than carbonated drinks or coffee (Not suitable for pregnant women and children below 3 years old)
